Each match is determined by the alignment of the Host's preferences and Space with the Renter's preferences and items. Host information is captured during the onboarding process so if your preferences or space have changed, please let the Sharespace team know immediately. Renter information is captured during their sign-up process and used to match their storage needs to the best fitting Host.
