If you are storing different kinds of items than expected - you now need to store a couch along with your storage boxes, for example - then please contact the Sharespace team instead of your Host. We will verify the Space's capability and alter your booking if necessary.
If your items are in the same tier of items as originally scheduled - you need to store a bicycle and you're in the bulky plan already, for example - you just need to update your Host with this new information so they have an accurate record of your items.
Renters that bring larger items than booked to their storage space may be refused move-in by the Host, and can generally expect that their monthly billed amount will be increased to match the items actually being stored. If you're unsure if your items are larger than expected, please contact Sharespace Support!
