Your safety is our priority. If the Host is attempting to or has already broken a Sharespace Community Standard, or you feel unsafe through their actions at any time, we ask that you immediately let our Support Team know. Here's some steps you can take along the way:
Before you accept a Host
As you're arranging the storage plans, get to know your Host a bit better. Letting them know what you're storing is a great way to make sure storage preferences are aligned. You can use Sharespace messaging to securely share photos of what you'll be storing to make sure it's a good fit for the Host's space.
After you confirm a Move-in
If you've already scheduled the move-in but you're feeling uncomfortable, please alert the Sharespace Support Team immediately at (415) 880-5588 or email@example.com. We will handle the situation for you in order to keep your safety and peace of mind at the highest priority.
Reporting inappropriate messages
If you receive an inappropriate message from a Host, please take a screenshot of the message and send it either to (415) 880-5588 or firstname.lastname@example.org. If you're uncomfortable sending a screenshot, please just let us know about the situation and messages.
Remember: In an emergency situation, or if your personal safety is threatened, contact local police or emergency services immediately.
